ACVO MYANMAR

ACVO MYANMAR foundation is a non-profit & non-government organization engaged in charity for education and health care to the poor.

What we perform is

¨ to support for educational needs to the poor students

¨ to save the poor patients by medical treatments and support

¨ to provide English speaking class for the adults and teenagers

¨ to share knowledge to many poor lives to be good citizens, upgrade to develop the community and to escape from poverty using by their own abilities.

ACVO SCHOOL

We teach the poor students after their school time for their study from primary to middle school to improve their study by well experience teachers and the studying guide as they have no electricity at home and the parents were not educated. We have 53 students with two teachers at our free classes. Our classes start at 6:00AM till 9:30AM before their school time and starts again at 4:00PM after their school time till 09:00PM.

We provide them the class rooms and reading rooms, TV room, the indoor and outdoor playground, the well equipped bath rooms and toilets, 24 hours water supply, the electricity by own generator for convenience of their studies.

We are also supporting to the poor students for their school uniforms, books and school accessories.

ACVO DISPENSARY

We treat free medical treatments , free medicines for their health care treated by Dr. Ye` Lwin ( Samuel). Our dispensary opens at 09:00 AM t0 01:00 PM and 02:00 PM to 04:00 PM everyday except Sunday.

ACVO ENGLISH CLASS

We provide the English speaking class for the adults, teenagers and children. After English speaking course, we suppose to train them with the lesson “English for Hotel Staff” by well experienced trainer. We intended to provide a good opportunity for the teenagers and graduate people so that they can apply to employ in Tourism field or any suitable places.

Also with Entertainment for their leisure

All the children can enjoy playing football, badminton, chess, block game, TV game, watching TV, coloring, painting and singing Karaoke at our school after their classes and the weekends. We offered them some local foods at the special occasions of the school. (eg. Public Holidays or Full Moon Day)

We will proceed to have sewing training for unemployed women (especially who is the poorest with many children) to built small business to survive their living cost with small investment. If they have learned to sew, we will employ them to make the uniforms for students and to teach again to new learners. We will create other programs to improve their life according to certain saturation in the future.
